A los (aproximadamente 20 segundos de encender la cámara aparece el mensaje System Error (OIS). Probé a sacar batería y tarjeta y reiniciar pero el problema persiste. No deja realizar ninguna otra acción excepto encender y apagar.

@robertofigu1139 This is a generic error, and can be caused by a sensor error, lens barrel gearbox or extend sensor, O.I.S sensor (Optical Image Stabilizer)This problem is often related to the zoom lens. One thing to try is to switch the camera on while holding the "zoom in" button. That way the zoom is fully extended when the camera does its Power On Self Test. If you do get control of the camera, do a full reset.
You can also try the tips as shown (sorry it's a site in English, so you will need to do a translation) on here Most of the time the only thing to do is to replace the lens.

La cámara se me apaga al momento de manipular la palanca del zoom e intentado reiniciando y con otras memoria de almacenamiento u no consigo nada
