Volume Knob only works 20% of the time.

Has anyone ever had issues with the volume knob not working? I scroll and scroll but nothing. Light presses seem to do something, but it goes up and down when you're only trying to go in one direction. I opened it up, nothing seems physically wrong with the scroll wheel, so I'm presuming its the module it connects to inside.
