Does some has an idea how much does a typical phone casing cost ?
I have a new material (non-newtonian) for the casings.

Odds of getting any manufacturer's cost is slim. You also have to take into account that cost varies greatly depending on complexity/geometry of the casing, casing material, quantity ordered, and of course variations in price from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you want a true measure of manufacturing cost, I would suggest you get a 3D CAD model of your desired design and send it to a manufacturing firm with your desired material and quantities. Most companies will be able to quote you a price per unit or batch and a lead time.

Try giving us some details. How many units are you looking for per order, is the geometry simple and what you guess that manufacturing process would be (injection mold, CNC, stamp, etc)? You never know, maybe someone will be able to fire a guess with the right details!
Will be exactly/roughly similar to the HTC EVO body; complete housing including some internal stamped metal parts that attach to the body and the body will be injection molded. Looking for high volume manufacturing prices (for 100,000 units and up). Be great if you can broker it perhaps. Thanks,
