I've just replaced the Taptic Engine of my iPhone but I doesn't vibrate, I can feel the feedback when I press the home button, but I don't have vibration when it's ringing or even when I switch it to silent mode.
I've factory reset the phone after I replaced the part but the behavior is the same.

Looks like the charging flex have issue, try to replace it, its also compatible with iphone 8.
