Apple is the only source for such tools, sadly I don’t see any way to gain access to them as it would be a factory tool, not a repair tool as Apple partitions it’s suppliers from the service folks.
But, I doubt that would help you here SSD’s do wear out, so if you can gain access at all I would make backups of anything important. Depending on the version of macOS the drive is running your tools may not help.
