When noise cancelling is on there’s a significant audio change.
When I turn on noise cancelling audio quality gets less clear and more distorted and audio gets louder. Anyone know how I can fix this

Was this headphone ever dropped, possibly causing damage to electronics? Used incorrect charging methods? If its under warranty, discuss repairs with the manufacturer otherwise this may not be repairable. Other than damaged wiring that's easily repairable, electronics may be replaced altogether.
