my headphones got hit off my head and now when i’m playing music, it will skip back and forth on the song and pull up siri constantly, what has to be fixed?

I've had this, sometimes my hair does it or when I bump my shoulder. At one point it did it even when I was lying in bed so I turned off the controls.
I found cleaning the pad helped somewhat, but otherwise I turned it off. Found them more annoying than they were worth tbh.
