Are you in airplane mode?
Have you attempted to reset your network settings?
These are generic instructions, but should be pretty standard with any Android phone
Go to Settings >System> Reset. Click 'Reset Wifi, Mobile, Bluetooth' or 'Reset Network Settings'
This will reset all your network stuff. You will have to relogin into any wifi networks. But, you should be able to see them/connect to them
