@yoemi it sounds to me like you need to replace the screen. Use something like this video as your guide. Do an online search for a replacement screen. That way you can choose somewhere in your geographical region. If you have difficulties finding it as an A11, look for a SM-A115F LCD display
While you replace your display, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
