Little white lights shinning through what looks like tiny cracks

The glass or plastic or whatever the screen is made from appears to be intact or free from cracks or scratches, but these little white cracks and visible but behind the picture… never seen a tv do this before just wondering what i should do….has anyone seen this or had a similar problem?
