Why does my leappad 3 keep connecting and disconnecting from it's software (on windows 10)

what do you mean by windows ten?
is this tablet jail broken?
is it via usb or is windows fully installed onto the tablet?
is the device just randomly cutting out to the orignal os or only when you do cetian things?
