Echo during calls after changing battery,housing and charging port

Hi!

Yesterday i replaced battery along with back housing and charging port.

Everything went smoothly. however after doing that i´ve been told that person im talking to is hearing himself. Could i misplace something in the phone? What could be the cause?

I´ll be glad for any answers :)
