How can I replace the screen of the iPad Pro 11" 3rd Gen in Europe?

Hi,

I am not a complete stranger to repairing electronic. I know that repairing one of those is quite a difficult task.
But I can't even think about doing this when I am not so sure where to source the screen in Europe. Does anybody know if I could use this guide, iPad Pro 11" 2nd Gen Display Replacement?
Or has something changed drastically? I don't think so, but I could be wrong.
I guess It's doable with enough patients, but I need a screen replacement, that's not €499, like the one you can get in the iFixit Store…
Will true tone work or not?

So basically I am in the search for an affordable screen replacement available in Europe or more specific Germany.
