If there is no fuel reaching the heads and the spark plugs are dry, it could be a problem with the fuel delivery system or the ignition system. Here are a few things you can check:

  1. Fuel pump: Check if the fuel pump is delivering fuel to the carburetor. You can do this by disconnecting the fuel line at the carburetor and cranking the engine. If fuel is not coming out of the line, then the fuel pump may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
  2. Fuel filter: Check if the fuel filter is clogged or dirty. A clogged fuel filter can restrict fuel flow and prevent fuel from reaching the heads. Replace the fuel filter if it's dirty.
  3. Carburetor: Check if the carburetor is clean and free of debris. A dirty carburetor can cause fuel to not be delivered properly to the engine. Clean the carburetor if necessary.
  4. Ignition system: Check if the ignition system is functioning properly. Make sure the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and distributor cap and rotor are all in good condition. A faulty ignition system can prevent fuel from being ignited and reaching the heads.

If you have checked all of these and the issue persists, it may be worth consulting a mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.
