Blu ray disk Drive will not insert a disk

I got the YLOD about a month ago. My brother manually removed a disk from the BD, but I do not know how he went about doing that. I have recently fixed the YOLD. As I checked if everything was working properly, I ran across this problem. It is as if something is already in the BD, and seems to be blocking the opening.
