Why is my computer stuck in a restart cycle after an update

My laptop when I went to update it I clicked update and it turned off and did the update when it tried to restart it keeps repeating the restart process it shows samsung galaxy then "update underway keep laptop on" then 2 seconds later it says restarting with a loading sign for about 3 seconds then it shutdown and repeats the the same thing over and over what can I do to fix this
