Wesley Krylowicz looks like the jack is soldered to the board. Use something like this guide Zoom H6 Handy Recorder Audio Input Jack Replacement to get at it. Then measure the physical dimension of the jack and try Mouser.com or Digikey.com and see if you can match it up. It's a bit of a chore but should not be to difficult.

The only way I know of is to replace the headphone jack itself. You'll have to be handy and know how to solder - AFAIK - Zoom does not repair these issues. I'm in the middle of repairing mine. I'll report back when I've got progress, at the moment, the replacements I found seem to not work. While you're at it, the parts number is called PJ353 PJ-353 PJ3053 3.5mm 1/8 Female Stereo Audio Connector 6 Pin 6P PCB Mount DIP Interface Headphone Jack.

It is similar to the H4N headphone jacks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KByfKx17...

While I found a similar part, with the same parts number - I found mine from a different supplier as compared to the link in the video description. So I'm not sure if it's compatible. Checking continuity it seems to operate the same way. And it fits the PCB board of my H4N and H6! Alas, mine still didn't work correctly after the replacement.
