I got an Xbox one controller model :1708 and The pcb of the buttom Board is burned around The U1 and the D23 and C7 C6 R17 R20 it is Completly Burned Can I rebuild It Using The Cu thine Cabels using the Diagram and most importan Can I fix or no And thanks Befor .

Note : The prewies owner tell me that he put it into a bad quality phone charger so it might and over voltage via USB caused all that .

AbdelKarim Lakehal that is some really impressive damage. I will never say it can't be fixed but there will be plenty of obstacles. First your pads and traces are pretty much gone. Second you will need a list of the components and a schematic to see what goes where. You can get some from pictures like this

and some good information from here as well. That will help you find some of the traces but not all of them. Ultimately it's a big job and it might be more economical just replacing the board with one from here Xbox One S Controller (1708) Motherboard

Keep the one you have and work on it at your time. Who knows, you may just succeed. After all, Repair is War on Entropy!
