I have a 2003 Honda Accord when I put the car in drive the green light flashes on dive and barely moves but by hand from first it will go into first gear . Gears will not shift in drive

Auto Trans Computer needs repair / replacement in about 90% of these cases. Electrolytic capacitors inside need replacing to begin with and then any other damage that these caused needs to be fixed before re-installing. Common problem I've fixed in these over the years. You may notice a smell / burning / PCB staining once opened.
