Battery drains quickly when away from WiFi and apps close or freeze

Battery goes from 100% to 1% in 2-4 hours when away from WiFi (yet battery health shows good). Also experiencing apps (particularly camera) closing or freezing.

I’d fit a new battery. When was the last time it was changed?

It was replaced two years ago. But I am reluctant to accept that it is a battery problem b/c the battery health shows max capacity of 96% and it only quickly drops when away from WiFi.

Also, there is also the issue of apps upon opening, just suddenly close or freeze up.
