Have you tried factory resetting the watch? If this does not work, it may be a physical problem with the display unfortunately. If it's still in warranty, i'd reccomend getting in contact with Fitbit themselves, i've had a in-warranty device replacement from them in the past and they make it pretty fast and easy. If not, replacement displays are also relatively easy to come by, although I don't believe iFixit sells them.
