Display glitch when battery is drained to 0% and charger is plugged

I am getting display glitches when the battery is completely drained and I plug in the charger. It's a new laptop that I bought in August 2022. Also, this issue is increasing day by day It increased then shown in these images. I don't think it's a normal case. I tried to find the same issue on the internet but I didn't find the same issue anywhere.

Here are some images and videos:

No, I bought a new one, and not any damage whatsoever. BTW I went to the store but they first said that it's normal and it happens in every MacBook and I don't think it happens in any device. So can you confirm whether or not it happens in every MacBook if you use the 2021 version? And do you know what's the reason behind this behavior?

Thank you very much for your reply.

Raj Desai, I personally have the 2021 MacBookPro 16” M1 Pro, and it is NOT something that happens! The store is trying to blow you off, for some odd reason. If it hasn’t been exposed to liquid or had any damage, the store should take it in and either replace the parts or offer a replacement MacBook!

@geirandersen

Yes, it's never been damaged or anything I just purchased it in August. Never dropped it or did not have any liquid damage FOR SURE. How long you've been using that laptop? Also, Can you please tell me your average CPU temperature if you know about it?

Thank you so much again for your quick replies.

Raj Desai,I bought mine almost exactly a year ago and it’s been running 24/7 ever since. Only rebooted whenever an update is required. I’ve been editing raw 4K video on it, while watching some series or movie and at the same time having a dozen or so tabs open in Chrome. Never a single issue.

I never monitor the CPU temp, so I can’t be sure of an average. I know that even when editing 4K and streaming, I usually peak at about 15% CPU usage

Apple service center said to hard reset the device. so, I did the same but, the issue still remains as before. I called on apple support they again sent me to another apple service center they're saying that it happens on every device and that they just not doing anything and I am now just tired of them.

Raj Desai, Did you buy it new in a store, or second hand? If you bought it new, then it should be covered by warranty and I’d suggest getting them to check it, assuming you haven’t done damage do it yourself (drop, liquid, etc).

If you bought it second hand, it could still be covered by warranty, but it depends on where you’re located. Here in Norway warranty is 2-5 years, depending on some criteria.
