1 The sound cuts out after a little while
My Radionette (not the old brand, the new one) Menuet DAB + radio has a problem with the sound cutting out, or, sometimes, no sound at all when turning on. The display works fine, and you can connect to it via bluetooth (no sound though). If there's no sound when you turn it on, it might help to adjust the volume with the wheel on the front, or by changing the station (but not always). If it's playing and the sound cuts, there's nothing to do as far as I can tell. It might get back to life by itself minutes or hours later. I havent't tried to open it, since I haven't done any soldering or anything resembling an electronics repair since i was 15, 30 years ago.

@beorngreymane time to get back into it. It has only been 30years and it's kind of like riding a bike :-)
You'll have to open it up and take a look at the circuit board. Check for obviously damaged looking components etc. Could be some capacitor that gets hot or even a cold solder joint etc. I get some freeze spray and when it fails with the volume, spray some of the components to determine which are to hot and fail. Unless of course you have have a FLIR camera, then you can use that one ;-)

@oldturkey03 Thanks, I'll try to open it up and look around. I don't have a FLIR camera, but I'll try to check for overheated components. And anything that looks corroded or burnt :)
