For some time now, my MacBook Pro (13 inch, 2017) has been experiencing strange continuous noise in the bottom side of the display and a strange blue band when I open the screen.

I would plug in an external display to see if they are present on it to be sure. If not they you need a new displace assembly

Thank you. I'm using an external display for my daily work and I have no noise at all.
