MacBook A1534 Power but no Display / Boot

Just bought a 2015 Retina second hand as a redo project (first for this year of macbook) and currently stuck with a problem, seller stated it had no life at all what was correct. Checked for water damage what it had none of, and could confirm that the battery light was showing what meant that it had current. Just stuck with working out what the problem is, tried every reset but nothing has helped.

Only issue I found was some parts on the motherboard are not attached (one pin out of the two on the image.)
