HP Elite 8200 Upgrade...is it possible? Need help!

I bought a HP Elite 8200 thinking I would be able to upgrade the processor and replace the HDD with a SSD, but I'm being told I cant. I don't have much experience upgrading and need advice and a second opinion on how to do this. I need this machine for work and its cheaper for me to upgrade if possible. Can some one please help me and let me know if its doable and what steps I need to make.

Let’s start by identifying your computer more accurately;

What motherboard is installed, and what CPU is currently installed?

You can use software like CPU-Z to help in identification process.

We need the info on the motherboard in order to find the max CPU supported.
