New battery won't hold a charge

Sup y'all, my controller died the other day, suddenly without any troubles at all, never felt the battery was holding less charge, etc, etc. suddenly wouldn't simply turn on, ds4 windows show the battery as "0%+", and i left it charging the whole night with a fast charger i have, again, nothing, i supposed the battery was dead, maybe too long without charging since i went 5 days straight without playing. today, I just bought 2 batteries for my controller, the dude that sold them to me tried them both, both held a charge without issues, and were something charged too, i changed them into my controller, it actually won't stay on, tried the other one and also doesn't stays on, i don't know what to do, now i have 3 batteries that none will hold a charge, what could it be, i'm thinking maybe i burned the port with the fast charging brick since i usually used to use my PC for charging whenever using it. The controller still works cabled but as soon as i unplug it goes down, and also when pressing the PS button turns on and connects, but it stays on for barely 2 seconds or less. If it's the charging port what could i do, get it to a repair shop?, i don't know nothing about welding and stuff. could this be expensive?, could be anything else like motherboard fried some charging pins or stuff like that (i don't know), now im charging the controller with my pc for some hours to see if it does anything but im sure both batteries are already charged, but the controller simply won't hold up. and that's what bother me, because if the port was done, it wouldn't be able to be used with my pc and be used normally, maybe i wouldn't be able to charge them batteries, but it would still be able to use the charge the battery has, i tried resetting the controller and that didn't help either. any solution?
