The Nike Watch models are the same as the Apple Watch models for a parts other than the SIP unit which is programed with a slightly different ID string.
As for getting parts to do it your self or independent shop, so far the part supply is quite limited. I haven't found a source fo the display assembly which is a common repair.
If the case is also damaged then I would just go to an Apple Store to get your watch serviced.
