Coping with non-genuine messages LCD or battery

I don't love working on phones but I have a client who wishes to have his iPhone 11 screen and battery replaced. I'm obviously not using OEM parts as I'm not an AASP.

I haven't worked on this device yet so I'd really like to find out beforehand what client can expect in terms of alerts and notifications.

1) Is it true that the error messages will pop up on screen as banners?

2) Is it true that by changing notification settings for the "Settings app" and disabling banners, all alerts will only show in notification area?

3) Is it true that within several days, these alerts will disappear almost completely, and only a warning is showing somewhere hidden in settings -> general?

Yes, you will get the non-genuine message to pop up when you first but the phone.as a banner. Eventually it will move into the settings as badge item but it will no longer show on the lock screen. For 2, I haven't actually tried that but I have heard of people messing with the date/time settings to expedite the message from showing. I can't confirm that either work as I haven't personally tried myself. We typically just tell customers upfront that the message is a control by the OEM which in no way affects the function of the device. Especially when they see the price different between OEM repair and aftermarket they don't seem to care as much.
