Roderick Collins does it get any fuel? What exact year and engine is it? Besides changing the fuel pump, what have you checked? Have you had a chance of getting the OBD scanned?

Make sure that the fuel pump you replaced is compatible with your engine. Engine may be getting to much fuel (Flooding), or not enough fuel.
