1 laptop wont boot, shows power indicator?
so when i press the power button, it lights up, the fan kicks on, the LED for power is on. keyboard lights are not on, no display,
what ive done so far,
replaced ram 2 times, bought 2 new sticks, and tried every combination of them.
replaced hard drive
power cycled
checked every connection to make sure they was seated properly.
removed cmos battery (24 hours) to clear bios
only thing i can think of is motherboard gone out?

might have a short, do you get anything on the screen at all?

nothing, even took the flashlight to it, cant see anything.

Try shining that flashlight through the screen from behind, is there perhaps an image but no backlight?

@uchetil nothing shows up on screen, already tried the flashlight.

Hi @xeeter
You don't say if you have you tried disconnecting the main battery and running it just on the charger
or if you have tested the charger.
