hello morning
how to solve the kernel power problem on my 14s Cf0044tx laptop, I'm having a 41 kernel power problem. I always have a bluescreen, can you help me fix it?

this sounds like u have a corrupt update or a bad error u can try the reset if that doesn't work it could be a lot of things but try fresh restart first u can try to keep the data but sometimes it won't allow depending on the problem it incounters

put on a flashstick or just run and it will work if u have on flashstick u got windows 10 repair key

@hay yew The bluescreen often occurs when I use the laptop to do office work such as typing in word or excel or browsing using Google, after that I experience a bluescreen, the laptop is used for 1 hour or 30 minutes after that it's a bluescreen, how do I fix it?
