My galaleo tablet is stuck on fast boot mode with a blank screen. I tried the volume buttons with the power button and it’s still stuck in fast boot mode

Sherry Kirtland lets try to get your tablet to reset. Follow these instructions.Press and hold the volume up and power buttons. At the RCA logo screen, let go of the volume up button and you should next see an android image. Press and hold the power button and tap the volume up button once more and you will be brought to the recovery mode menu. Let us know if that worked. If not, then you may have to consider a hard reset but you will lose all your data etc.
