It is impossible to remove an iCloud lock from an iPhone unless you can provide proof of purchase and get it removed via an Apple store.

Could you elaborate on “blocked”? Is it iCloud locked? Passcode locked? In restored mode?

@sabelo If its iCloud locked, you gotta know the password of the icloud account and the id, if not, then basically your device is eWaste
