My camera does not turn on, it only turns on the red led

By accident my camera fell twice and it worked correctly, it was stored for a year with the battery inside, however today the camera does not turn on, the batteries work correctly in other cameras however when connecting the usb, it only turns on the led red and the camera does not turn on or give an image or do anything.
