Person called hears static noise during call when on hands free
I am stuck .
I started on an impossible job.. Replacing the glass on the back of an iPhone 11 pro max. Cracked the new glass when refitting and decided on replacement of entire case. Received a very substandard item . many internal screws were missing and the charging port needed to have the top part re-soldered onto it from original. I would have returned the thing but was on tight time constraint as client was moving home interstate.
Completed the job and found the the phone was doing a restart every 3 minutes. I did some research and found out about the panic log in the privacy folder analytics. There was a mic2 panic log that indicated that the power button flex may have been the culprit. I replaced it with the original apple from the old frame . the phone stopped the continuous reboot but still has a static hiss when using the phone on the hands free mode and for doing voice memo’s . There is no static when making a video recording or making a call when holding the phone to the face.
I hope that the fault resides in the power button flash flex .
Can anyone give me any guidance with this mystery. The owner says that there was no static previously. All of the information on problems seen to either point to the charging port or the power button flex (non OEM parts).
Am I missing something here? Prefer not to be informed that it is mother board.
Can anyone help me???
Es esta una buena pregunta?
