My son dropped his Dell touchscreen laptop, now it is not working. When I turn it on the screen is pink and black with flashing green horizontal lines and two vertical lines.

He may have broken the LCD but before doing that try these things 1st
Reseat battery
reseat ram
reseat hard drive
if none of those work its the LCD
