1400mah battery in 4th Gen 20/30GB?

Hi

Can someone please advise me as to whether or not a 1400mah battery will fit in an iPod Color/Photo 4th Gen with a 20 or 30 GB drive? I'm concerned that the rear cover might not be deep enough to accommodate, and that I should get a 750mah battery instead.
