So my PS2 started to extremly vibrate with the sensor and after opening it i discovered the cable for it is broken can it get fixed?

just be sure you have all the old cable removed from the connector.

Can the cable disconnect at the disk drive side?

There is damaged end of the cable when the paper fell out part of the end fell out with it @andrewsawesome
