Why cant I turn on my camera
when i try and turn on my camera i will not be able to push that botton because its stuck.

Follow this guide up to step 10 and see if the actual button has been dislodged. Once you have gone that far, check the switch without the cover and see if you can "feel " it click. Check for the plastic button in the cover and see if it cracked, broken or if you can loosen it. Hope this helps to get you started

We are having the same problem. One day the camera was working fine then it just locked up. It seems that the on off button is not responding. We have changed the batteries but it did not help
