Why wont my Huawei p10 lite turn on

So my phone ( Huawei P10 lite ) wont boot. There will be a vibration and a 5-ish seccond wait until it vibrates again and try’s to boot infinite times. I have opened it up and saw some corrosion around the center of the motherboard.
