X, Start, Select and Home buttons are Unresponsive

My sticks were drifting on my PlayStation Vita Slim so I decided to open it up to try and fix it but when I closed it back up I noticed the X, Start, Select and Home buttons were unresponsive. Any ideas as to what could be wrong, any help is appreciated
