The charging contacts are getting very damaged and causing inaccurate charging. Is there a way to buy this piece and replace it, how do I replace it? Thank you. Fitbit Alta HR

if you can access the port and the board it should be possible to replace the charging port.
if you dont have the proper tools, IE hot air station, solder, flux, new port it could be more costly to do it yourself as opposed to sending it to a repair shop.
