Why did I lose all power and motor starts smoking and oil everywhere

@gordoloc we really do not have enough information to even come close to a definite answer. From the little info you are giving us it sounds like you have had a catastrophic failure with your engine. It appears it may have thrown a road or a piston. At this point you will have to start cleaning the oil slick off your engine and remove the shrouds etc. that cover the block. Take a look and see if there is damage to the black. Sometimes a rod can actually come out of the side of the block etc. Next remove the spark plugs and see if you can turn the engine. Use a socket wrench on your crankshaft pulley and see if you can turn the engine. Let us know exact year, model and engine size of your Ram
