Movie purchases appear on iPad WiFi works but can’t download on iPad

My movie purchases all appear on my iPad, my wifi is working fine, there is plenty of storage space; but I can no longer download the movies on to my iPad. This issue started within the last few months.

Is there any solution that you know of?
