1 Power Adaptor correct wiring
I have a severed USB-C cable from the Switch’s power adapter which contains 5 wires in the core: 2 red, 2 black and 1 white. Is it possible to work out how to reconnect the red and black wires?

can you post a pic with the wires visible? Puter sheathing gone but inner n insulation still on each one? Are all the conductors made of the same metal?

Does the cable come out of the charging adapter? I am finding zero info on what wire goes to what. But I AM finding that other cables can be used to replace that one if it isn't an integral part of the adapter.

Why do you not just buy a new charger, they aren’t expensive .
