Why is my nokia N900 not opening?
after switching on my mobile there shows 'installing software update. please do not interrupt'. it's taking lot of time. how do i get out of this?

I believe that the only way to repair is by flashing it. You can read more about it on here and a video here that will show you how to reset it to factory defaults. The problem with all of this is that you are going to lose your files on the device that are not backed up....More info on here about all that. Good Luck
