Touchscreen not responsive after replacing power/volume button.

So I recently just replaced the power/volume buttons on my phone. When putting everything back together, the screen would turn on, but touch responsiveness was 100% gone.

Not sure how I could have damaged the screen while opening it. I checked all the pins from the screen to the logic board and they all look good.

Help?
