Screen is dim and yellow from age ... Can I refurbish?

I recently purchased two used Apple Cinema Display HD 30” (the aluminum ones) and I love almost everything about them. The only problem is that they are showing their age by how dim they are and how they’re yellowing. Is there any way to buy parts, like replacement ccfls, and restore this back to close to factory spec?
