Why is it boot looping
It will boot loop and turn on and let me unlock it sometimes, not sure if this is a battery issue or not, i bought it second hand and has had a screen replacement (not by apple)

What you can do is connect it to a computer running itunes. You will need to turn it off, then turn it on holding both the power button down. Maybe different in this model. Attached an article. You will want to see it enter recovery mode where it asks you to connect to itunes. Sometimes works.

If you get the phone into recovery mode, you'll want to download an appropriate ipsw-file, then in itunes, you click 'restore', but hold down the shift-button, which will let you select the ipsw you've already downloaded to fully restore the phone. If none of this works, you could try DFU-mode..
hi, its a hardware issue

Ok. Sometimes, you can still get away with a solution like described above. I see your point, but hypothetically possible it could be a hardware/software combo. (ie if for instance software problems loop when loading mic/camera)
